Is there a special „contortion diet“ that allows you to be more flexible?

There’s no special miracle-diet that could make you more flexible. But with a well-balanced diet and fresh organic nutrition you can support the body and achieve better results in contortion, but really every, training. The more junk food and preserved things you eat, the more you work against your body.

Don’t forget: You wanna work with your body. It doesn’t matter whether you work in the office or as an artist or contortioniest on stage! I personally eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. I drink about one gallon of non-sparkling water a day. You won’t find alcohol, caffeine and bad carbs on my meal plan. Only one day a week I give myself and my body a break and I eat whatever I want.
