How long and how often do you train?

I usually train 3-4 hours a day, 6 days a week. Starting with weight training for 30 min. to one hour- thereby I warm up all my muscles for the contortion exercises. Then I go on with yoga and pilates exercises on the floor going into the stretching part with all the overstretches of legs and back. The final hour is pure contortion with handbalancing, extreme bending of the whole body and repetition of tricks and creation of choreography.
